That’s it. I’ve had it. Listen, surveys are fine, but forty minutes a day telling someone that I’m a white, 35-year-old, woman has gotten old quickly. My brain cells cannot take it anymore. I have come to dread doing it! And, if I’m dreading it, that means it is a no go. So, what did I learn in a week?
Survey Junkie has an app and a website. They have a $5.00 minimum, or 500 points, before you are able to cash out. They offer bonuses every once in a while, where if you take so many surveys worth so many points, you’ll get bonus points. Example: take three surveys a day for six days, and get 500 bonus points. The catch is that surveys have to be worth at least 20 points, and you have to complete them. So, if a survey kicks you out, it doesn’t count. The nice thing about Survey Junkie is that, even if you get kicked out, they will still give you points. They will give you three points if the survey decides you’re not a great fit, and two points if the survey fills up and there’s no space for you. However, if the survey thinks that you are not being honest, it will kick you out and you’ll get nothing. Artificial intelligence is finicky!
Survey World, or Opinion Outpost, is MUCH more finicky. For one, they offer fewer surveys at a time. And they are worth fewer points. For instance, on Survey Junkie, a fifteen minute survey will be worth 20+ points. On Survey World, it would only be worth 5 points. So, it is much less worth your time. Also, if you get kicked out for ANY reason, you get nothing. Their minimum cashout amount is only 250 though, so that is nice. But the lower points make it much harder to achieve.
All in all, it was a good experience, but I am ready for something else. I will continue to use Survey Junkie, but Survey World just doesn’t fit into my universe. So, where do we go from here?
My next venture is book reviewing. If you know, you know. I’m signing up on Onlinebookclub.com. We’ll see what happens! Almost anything is worth trying at least once. Crack is probably okay to pass on always. Just a guess. Anyway! I’m excited to try something new! As always, I will keep you updated!
