Hey All! Peppersloth here! Annie has worn herself out with all of her deep thinking, so I’ve taken over the blog for the day. In case you’re wondering why Annie picked me (instead of Green Bear) to do the blog, it’s because he got left in Ohio inside a suitcase! Which proves that coming with a ribbon around your neck does NOT make you cool! The little booger thinks he’s such a better stuffed animal than me and Lobster just because he’s all green…I digress… Anyway!
I suppose I should explain how I came into being…Annie met me through Kassandra B at Church in the Wild! They went to Build-A-Bear, and Annie asked Kassandra’s daughter to pick out something green (because it’s Annie’s favorite color), and she picked ME! And we’ve been having adventures ever since! My favorite was when we hung upside-down on the couch together!! The world looks SO much better upside-down! It also makes much more sense! Try it sometime! If nothing else, it will clear your brain for a minute!
Since arriving in Oklahoma, things have been REALLY different! For one, Annie sleeps more. You thought she slept a lot in Ohio?? Nope. Not even close. She sleeps more than I do! We have also done some exploring, and found the good Panera with the comfy chairs. She hasn’t found me any good fruit and vegetables yet though. She tried to feed me a lemonhead yesterday. I bit her. Just because I look like candy, doesn’t mean I eat it!
It’s also really hot here. You know how in Ohio you have to start your car in the winter to warm it up? Well, here you have to start your car to cool it down! But it’s still a very pretty state. Hopefully Annie will find a day soon to go spend outside. There are a couple lakes nearby. Obviously, nothing is as pretty as Maine…or so Green Bear tells me…but still, Annie needs some outside time. She’s starting to get hermit pale, instead of her normal pale.
Annie works hard, and then collapses…sometimes she collapses while she works! We’re working on that one. But I think Annie and I have a real shot at making it work here! I think God has a plan for both of us. But Annie has a lot of work to do! She has a lot to work through. But she’s trying! But I don’t want to get deep on you. I’ll leave that to Annie. Thanks for letting me entertain you for a minute.
P.S. If Annie asks, don’t tell her I ate the guacamole chips!! I will most DEFINITELY NOT be OK!!
